Biography
Martin Hewitson is a research scientist at Leibniz University Hannover in the Institute for Gravitational Physics. His main research interest is gravitational wave astronomy, with a focus on instrumentation and data analysis. He has worked on ground-based gravitational wave detectors such as GEO600 and LIGO, he led the data analysis effort on ESA's LISA Pathfinder mission, and he currently leads the LISA Consortium's formulation team and instrument group.
