Dr Nicholas Attree

Nicholas Attree is a researcher at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía (IAA-CSIC) in Granada, Spain, with experience in solar system dynamics and thermophysical modelling. He has worked with a number of international space projects, such as NASA's Cassini and InSight missions and ESA's Rosetta comet orbiter, and currently chairs the nucleus working group of the upcoming ESA Comet Interceptor mission. Nicholas completed his PhD in Astronomy at Queen Mary, University of London in the UK, before moving to various institutions in France (LAM - Marseille), the UK (University of Stirling), Germany (TU Braunschweig), and now Spain, and leads an International Space Science Institute team on the subject of cometary activity.
